The screen is beautiful and the rice paper is thicker than I expected. It is more like a thin felt than paper. Be warned that in between each panel there is a narrow gap, but wide enough to see through which would prevent total privacy. However, the screens came with several extra strips of rice paper/fabric (the lenght of each panel) that you can use to cover those gaps. Even better than the screen is the service of MyShoshiScreens.com. They had the lowest price, the cheapest shipping and the fasted delivery time I have ever seen beyond over night. I ordred it the evening of the 11th, and received it on the 14th. I got prompt (same day) e-mail response from customer service when I had a question about my order. Kudos!
